Class Description
This class explores the intersection of gambling and the brain by analyzing the neurobiology, genetics, and neurochemistry of gambling disorder. Participants will gain insight into how impulsivity, compulsivity, and cognitive functions are influenced by gambling behaviors. Additionally, the class will review practical assessment tools, treatment approaches, and current research in the field to better understand and address gambling disorder.
